High-protein nut and seed bar

  • 200g chopped hazelnuts
  • 150g sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 50g dry cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons of dry coconut flakes
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 banana.
  1. Blend the banana and the honey until you obtain a creamy, thick smoothie.
  2. In a bowl, mix the seeds, the chopped nuts, the cranberries and the coconut flakes using your hands.
  3. Add the smoothie of yogurt and honey and mix with a tablespoon until completely amalgamated.
  4. Place a sheet of baking foil on an oven tray. Pour the mix you have created and use your hands to spread it until obtaining an even thickness of approximately 1.5cm (half inch).
  5. Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 120C.
  6. Once cooked, take the tray out of the oven and let the mix cool down.
  7. When cold, cut the mix in squares or stripes, or in the shape you prefer.
