Goat cheese and avocado cones

Easy and tasty vegetarian wrap, ready in just ten minutes. Perfect as a snack, a starter, a party or for whenever you are craving something light, yummy and very quick.
INGREDIENTS: - 4 round wraps (approximately 20cm/8' in diameter) - 8 teaspoons of soft goat cheese - 4 teaspoons of orange marmalade - fresh salad leaves - 1 large avocado - extra virgin olive oil - 1 teaspoon of mixed Moroccan spices (or turmeric, cumin or black pepper, at taste) Baking tray for muffins goat cheese avocado vegetarian wraps (4)Preparation: cut each wrap in 2 halves. roll each half creating a cone shape and place each cone in a muffin-shaped container on the baking tray for muffins - in this way the cone will keep the shape. Season the interior of the cones with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of moroccan spices. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C (360F) for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Fill the cones, from bottom to top, with tender salad leaves, a teaspoon of avocado pulp, a teaspoon of goat cheese, half teaspoon of orange marmalade. goat cheese avocado vegetarian wraps (4)Easy, quick and incredibly delicious. The saltiness of the goat cheese perfectly match with the sweet marmalade and the spices add the extra kick of flavour. You could replace the goat cheese with humus to obtain a yummy and healthy vegan wrap! Or add other ingredients you may like. The limit to the ingredients to season these cones is only your fantasy.
